Off the Beaten Path Safaris Ltd These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Off the Beaten Path Safaris Ltd. By confirming a booking with us, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
A booking will be confirmed once we receive a deposit payment of 30%–40% of the total safari cost, depending on the type of safari booked.
Upon receipt of the deposit, we will proceed with securing accommodations, park permits, transportation, and other services included in the itinerary. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival.For bookings made within 60 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.

All bank transfer charges or international transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
All safari prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.Prices include only the services clearly stated in the itinerary. Prices may be subject to adjustment due to:
Once the booking is confirmed and the deposit received, the price will remain fixed except in cases of government fee changes.

All refunds will be processed less any applicable bank transfer or transaction charges.Please note that some third-party services such as gorilla permits, domestic flights, special park permits, or other prepaid services may be non-refundable once purchased, according to the policies of the respective service providers.Any alternative arrangements will be of similar standard whenever possible.

Accommodation listed in the itinerary is subject to availability at the time of booking. If the mentioned accommodation is unavailable, a similar category alternative will be provided.Hotel check-in and check-out times are determined by the individual property.
